OTC Analyst

We are actively searching for an OTC Analyst to join our team in NEW YORK, New York. This role is in the industry of business process functions and it primarily involves SOX, internal controls, revenue, billing, collections analysis and compliance.
The OTC Analyst will work closely with FP& A, Accounting, and Internal Audit under the Revenue umbrella.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating local SOX activities and acting as an escalation point for the NA SOX team and external auditor
- Conducting monthly billing quality control activities
- Reviewing key processes and recommending improvements
- Undertaking assigned projects
- Ensuring compliance with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley and internal control standards
- Liaising with the AR, Billing & Collections Manager
- Assisting in revenue accounting and internal audit tasks. • The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as an OTC Analyst.
- Must have proficiency in Business Process Functions.
- Strong familiarity with SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley is necessary.
- Experience in Revenue Accounting is required.
- Must have previous involvement in Internal Audit.
- The candidate should have a good understanding of Internal Control.
