John Elpers Contracting Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Finish Carpenter to take the lead on high-end custom home projects. The Lead Finish Carpenter will not only perform finish carpentry tasks but also act as the Site Carpentry Lead, managing teams of carpenters and coordinating with subcontractors to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.You will oversee a team of carpenters, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship while working closely with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. If you have leadership experience, a passion for finish carpentry, and the ability to manage a team, this is the perfect role for you!
