Our client, located in Albany, NY, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills who can manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative will include:Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to clients.Prepare, type, and manage correspondence and memos.Handle, forward, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.Assist with basic order processing and ensure accurate order entry.Conduct research and retrieve documents from local governmental agencies as needed.Perform copying, scanning, and filing duties.Prepare shipments and mailing packages.Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist with client orders, offering products and services tailored to client needs.Adapt to a changing environment and take on additional responsibilities as necessary within a small office setting.
