Custodial Services Manager

ATI has a current need for a full-time Custodial Services Manager. ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Custodial Services Manager with a background in supervising custodial staff and contractors for a full-time TOP SECRET position at a government facility in Springfield, Virginia.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Direct and manage all custodial and pest control personnel, subcontractors, and schedules;
• Ensure custodial staff compliance with the Contractor’s Emergency Response Plan, Safety Plan, and Environmental Compliance Plan;
• Oversee and maintain custodial supplies;
• Effectively interface with the client verbally and in writing;
• Use innovative approaches, technology, and other means and methods to develop and perform the most efficient cleaning services for the building;
• Reduce the environmental impacts of work performed under the contract by using environmentally sound practices, processes, and products;
• Assist the Government in managing the recycling program; and
• Manage and provide oversight for non-hazardous waste removal.

• TOP SECRET clearance is required;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management or custodial related work;
• High school, vocational, or trade school diploma or equivalent; and
• Computer proficiency required along with good English reading and writing skills.
