We are seeking an Investment Operations Associate. This person will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supporting various functions and tasks within our portfolio management system while working as part of a team within the Operations department and collaborating with various members of the firm.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support back-office reporting system as a member of the Account Maintenance team.
  • Create and maintain portfolio analysis views and reports in portfolio management software (Addepar).
  • Back up to Sr. Performance Analyst (Composite and Performance maintenance).
  • Monitor custodian transactions for accuracy.
  • Maintain model and offline accounts.
  • Prepare and distribute quarterly client statements.
  • Assist with preparation of monthly/quarterly business intelligence reports.
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly Sarbanes-Oxley reporting.
  • Systems super user (Addepar).

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a financial services/wealth management environment. Experience and knowledge of operations and back-office accounting systems is preferred.
  • Strong aptitude and proficiency in technology solutions, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Experience with portfolio management software, financial/accounting systems, etc. Experience or familiarity with Addepar, Inc. or similar portfolio management software is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Schwab Advisor Services, Fidelity Wealthscape is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with Laserfiche (enterprise content management software) is a plus.
