Project Coordinator
Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Project management and coordination for store operations – from start to finish.
- Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes, and other projects.
- Hold vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.
- Lead conference calls between store team and vendors.
- Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.
- Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause of failed issue/prototype.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:
- College Degree preferred
- 1-2 years of project coordination/management (preferably in construction or related fields)
- Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities
- Must possess strong time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software
- Starting Pay at $31/hr based on experience
- Weekly Pay – you receive a paycheck every week

Pay Details: $31.00 to $32.85 per hour
