Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for a Project Coordinator in Dublin, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in Dublin, CA.

Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator include but are not limited to:

  • Project management and coordination for store operations – from start to finish.
  • Working closely with vendors to coordinate store remodels/refreshes, and other projects.
  • Hold vendors accountable through written and verbal communications.
  • Lead conference calls between store team and vendors.
  • Invoicing and coding of purchase orders in Ariba.
  • Apply problem solving and critical thinking skills to identify root cause of failed issue/prototype.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Project Coordinator:

  • College Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of project coordination/management (preferably in construction or related fields)
  • Must demonstrate independent decision-making abilities
  • Must possess strong time management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Word software

Pay Details: $31.00 to $32.85 per hour
