This role will be based in US with hybrid work flexibility which means you’ll be assigned to an Aon office and given the flexibility to work remote. The team is made up of high performing individuals that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.You will report directly to the Head of Corporate Planning & Analytics

What the day will look like
You will serve as a key partner to the CEO, CFO, and the full Aon Executive Committee for all planning and analytics needs. Corporate Planning & Analytics demonstrate financial, strategic, and operational expertise and are a key 'go to' team for executives in the company.In this role, you will have the opportunity to help set expectations for management and deliver timely financials, delivering strategic insight into the business's short, medium-and longer-term outlook.
- Provide support for Head of Corporate Planning & Analytics
- Play a key role in helping coordinate planning between Corporate Planning & Analytics and across Finance
- Drive excellence and standardization in preparation of insights and materials from CFO office to Board and Aon Executive Committee
- Support team in Operating Plan, Forecast, Strategic Plan, Investor Day, Board Presentations
- Be a flexible resource across CP&A on analytical/reporting as needs
- Be a key contributor to Digital Transformation, bringing to bear technology and operational improvements
- Help streamline and centralize financial analysis and modeling
- Develop business cases where needed
- Support preparation of any ad hoc financial materials, assignments for Head of Corporate Planning & Analytics and CFO
- Support Corporate Planning & Analytics on team engagement and learning and development

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Experience in corporate planning, business unit Finance, strategy, and operations a plus
- Excellent analytical, financial, and business management skills with a deep understanding of P&L and cash flow management
- Understanding of Finance data flow and tools
- Investment optimization experience through business case development, portfolio analysis and post investment appraisal
- Ability to communicate and break down sophisticated ideas into understandable and actionable messages
- A highly collaborative individual who can influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment
- Clear communicator with excellent written / presentation skills including experience in Board of Director materials preparation
- Proactive mindset and a relentless passion to win
- Global experience: broad and in depth international market and cultural perspective
- Ability to balance attention to detail and accuracy with tight deadlines on critically important work

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140,000 - $220,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
