Execute the On- boarding process within the organization and conduct newly joined employee feedback meetings and gauge the engagement level of the employee during the onboarding phase.
Preparing Experience cum relieving letter and giving to employee Includes Monthly/Annual Recruitment MIS and Need-based MIS for Function Heads on elements like Costs, Recruitment Expenses, Referral Incentives etc.
Experience- Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources or Graduation with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an institute, college, or university, is essential, while also, communication expertise and leadership effectiveness is required.
