Join Our Team as a Remote Medical Malpractice Attorney (Local to St. Louis Area)**

**Role and Responsibilities:**- Handle a caseload of medical malpractice cases from inception through to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and other team members.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Illinois (Missouri bar admission is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice law.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Location:**

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Attorney/Lawyer.
- Proven expertise in arguing motions.
- Demonstrable experience in drafting motions.
- Proficiency in handling discovery requests and responses.
- Experience in trial preparation is required.
- Expertise in writing legal briefs, including appellate briefs.
- Adept at legal research and familiar with appellate practice.
- Prior experience in taking depositions and summarizing them.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of integrity.
