This firm is one of Georgia's top general contractors and has been for several years now - head quartered in the Macon area but performs projects all over the state of Georgia. They focus on several sectors of commercial construction allowing for a full and diverse pipeline.

• Project Assessment: Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of work.
• Quantity Takeoff: Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.
• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Bid Preparation: Compile and submit competitive bids, including pricing, timelines, and any clarifications.
• Subcontractor Management: Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project objectives.

• Experience estimating for ground up, commercial construction projects
• Capable of producing varying levels of estimates from Schematic Design all the way through GMP.
• Capable of producing thorough bid package documents to send out to subcontractors for accurate pricing.
• Experience with procore, bluebeam and basic Microsoft programs.
