Tax Manager

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional capable of managing multiple client engagements, overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns, and providing leadership and mentorship to staff.

This role offers an opportunity to cultivate strong client relationships, develop specialized expertise, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

salary: $65 - $80 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Masters

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Manage client engagements and maintain impactful relationships with firm leadership.
  • Provide supervision, training, and professional development to associates and seniors.
  • Develop expertise in firm niches and initiatives while meeting client deadlines.
  • Stay current on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry trends, applying this knowledge proactively.
  • Foster new business opportunities by building relationships and participating in networking events.
  • Monitor time and billing accuracy for self and team, ensuring efficient project delivery.
