Accounts Receivable Specialist

This role also includes resolving customer inquiries, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate actions when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of customer order entries and communicate with customers regarding any holds on their orders
• Handle and process credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed
• Handle the return material authorization list diligently
• Perform daily banking tasks, including entering cash to the accounts receivable
• Process incoming Accounts Payable transactions, inputting invoices, and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate records and increase efficiency
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships and resources effectively
• Handle cash activity and other billing functions as required. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Ability to use CRM effectively is essential.
• Experience with Epic Software is needed.
• Understanding and application of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is crucial.
• Knowledge of various Accounting Functions is mandatory.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is important.
• Experience with Cash Activity is required.
• Skills in Cash Handling are essential.
