Job Description
The Project Manager - Ground Up Construction - Baltimore, MD will be responsible for:
- Managing project planning, execution, and completion to achieve company objectives.
- Establishing clear scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Maintaining open communication with teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless collaboration.
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to address challenges.
- Enforcing quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
- Conducting regular status meetings to provide updates and gather stakeholder feedback
