Project Controls Administrator
Overview:
Walsh is currently seeking a Project Controls Administrator on our Deer Island Water Treatment Plant project in Winthrop, MA.
This position assists and supports the project team on assigned projects, and works under direct supervision to perform routine daily activities and gather and distribute information. The project controls admin must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Proficient in SharePoint, and MS Windows for basic document control functions (training will be provided)
- Process invoices, pay applications, and contracts as needed to support project functions
- Helps prepare, track and route change order proposals
- Supports the deputy project manager with general administrative responsibilities including data entry, maintaining logs, and maintaining internal process documentation
- Coordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents
- Performs basic system maintenance and access requests
- Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence
- Ensures compliance by managing and documenting contracts within CMiC and Textura
- Reviews and ensures acceptability of certificates of insurance
Qualifications:
- 0 - 3 years of industry experience
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Basic knowledge in Concur and Textura
- Knowledge of document control standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Functions effectively as part of a team
- Dependability
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Good time management skills and organizational skills
