Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications related to our services
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Use ADP - Financial Services to monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions
• Assist customers with their needs, providing top-tier service and ensuring their satisfaction
• Manage billing functions efficiently, ensuring all customer records are up to date
• Use Epic Software for managing customer interactions and tracking their activity
• Answer inbound calls, providing quick and comprehensive support to customers
• Utilize Avaya CMS for managing customer interactions effectively
• Carry out benefit functions, ensuring our customers are fully aware of the benefits of our services.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Avaya CMS
• Able to use various computer programs effectively
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with Epic Software
• Proficiency in About Time software
• Experience in answering inbound calls
• Ability to assist customers effectively and professionally
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Experience with billing functions
• Prior experience in the Printing/Publishing industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
