Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant Wanted at Green Space Recycling!
Are you organized, proactive, and ready to make a difference? Green Space Recycling is seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire position. Join us in our mission to create sustainable solutions for multifamily properties.
Availability and Requirements: Monday- Friday: 7:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.; 12:30 p.m.- 2:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service- greet clients, visitors, and applicants as needed.
- Manage and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for employees, clients, company fleet, and all other company needs.
- Data input- accurately create, maintain, enter, update, and manage information streams into appropriate databases.
- Coordinate office and driver supply inventory, equipment, and uniforms as needed.
- Participate in community and internal outreach projects (potential evening/weekend participation).
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Willingness and ability to learn other cloud applications and information portals for proprietary use)
- Excellent verbal and written communication

For the FMCSA, all drivers “who operate a commercial motor vehicle in commerce in any State” are safety-sensitive employees.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
Benefits Offered:Employees accrue PTO at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked and can enroll in our company’s 401k plan after 60 days.
Full-time employees are offered medical insurance after 90 days.
