Responsibilities- Use ERP system to enter customer purchase orders to produce order for scheduling
- Provide pricing for all customer quotes and orders
- Develop and foster relationships with customers
- Work directly with sales reps and management to achieve sales goals.
- Manage and grow existing customer house accounts
- Manage customer requests regarding order status, returns and complaints
- Maintain and customer stock inventory with min max program
- Create documents/reports regarding issues, orders, pricing, and sales.
- Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal members (plant, shipping, accounting).
- Hold new order meeting to provide correct information on new order
- Scan and file customer purchase orders in ERP system
- Microsoft Office (1 year of experience is preferred)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Customer Service
- ERP (1 year of experience is preferred)
