As a RN Acute Care at our client, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance, direction, and support to ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment. You will also be involved in staff development and problem-solving to enhance patient care quality.
Key Responsibilities
Provides assistance, direction, consultation, and problem-solving regarding patient care issues and business continuity
Communicates problems that may compromise patient care to the appropriate departmental leadership
Ensure a safe, effective and efficient patient care environment
Support staff development through partnership with our clinical educator and informatics nurse through participation in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, professional development
Schedule and Shift Details
4 - 10 hour shifts
