Licensed Vocational Nurse /Licensed Practical Nurse - LVNLPN24-15183

Shift: Days: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (36 hours per week)

Job Overview:

• This position is for an LVN/LPN in a long-term care facility. The role requires providing patient care through assessment, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of the Unit Manager, ADON, or DON. The LVN/LPN is expected to adhere to the facility's "Villa Way of Kindness," ensuring compassionate and exceptional care for residents while managing safety and supervising care activities performed by nursing assistants.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care, including assessments and adherence to care plans.
• Supervise care activities performed by nursing assistants and other helpers.
• Ensure a safe environment for residents, following all policies and procedures.
• Adhere to state Nurse Practice Act standards and, where applicable, JCAHO standards.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of SNF/LTC or Med Surg experience.

Certifications:

• BLS from AHA or ARC.
• COVID-19 Vaccine is required, with medical and religious exemptions accepted on a case-by-case basis.
