We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role involves working specifically our Hoover and Chelsea locations. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment for all clients, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Oversee efficient and accurate check-in and check-out processes, ensuring team adherence to standards.
- Manage phone communications, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns with a high level of professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain and supervise the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Oversee payment processing and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the billing team to ensure seamless communication and efficient financial processes.
- Attend daily administrative meetings and weekly staff meetings to stay informed and contribute to clinic-wide initiatives.
- Keep track of office supplies and reorder as needed, ensuring a well-stocked and organized work environment. Coordinate building maintenance and communicate with cleaning companies for a clean and safe facility.
- Provide administrative coverage when needed, ensuring continuity of essential functions.
- Lead administrative teams at the location to achieve company operational KPIs, and provide reports as necessary.
- 3 years Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Ability to transcribe messages accurately
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar office software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in office management or administrative support is beneficial
