You will report to our Warehouse Supervisor and assist with fulfilling orders, shipping orders to customers, unloading shipments, and authenticating reports.- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse and/or shipping and receiving experience
- Forklift experience
- Must be able to use a computer
- Authenticate receipt of incoming shipments alongside bills of lading, invoices, packing list, or other records.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Record amounts of materials or items received, attach identifying information and delivery instructions on containers.
- Stack merchandise on racks or shelves for distribution.
- Authenticate receipt of incoming RMAs from customer and process according to the reason of the returning, such as: RESHARPENING, REPAIRS, UW,CREDIT.
- Fulfil customers’ orders and ensure delivery commitments to customers.
- Operate forklift or use hand-truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area, receive trucks and unload merchandise.

- Monday – Friday, 10am – 6:30pm
