Systems Engineer III

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer III in Irvine, California. In this role, you'll be instrumental in leading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our server infrastructure. You'll be part of a dynamic team and will play a key role in our company's IT operations.

• Lead the design and implementation of Windows-based and Linux-based server infrastructure across diverse locations.
• Architect and maintain the corporate Active Directory infrastructure, including complex Group Policy Objects and security hardening.
• Manage the migration of services to Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises systems.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning for the corporate data center, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated issues from other engineers and IT teams.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to develop strategic plans for infrastructure improvements, capacity planning, and technology adoption.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, processes, and disaster recovery plans.
• Mentor and lead junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering professional growth. • Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems engineering or similar role
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Cloud Technologies
• Familiarity with DELL EMC Technologies and Dell Technologies
• Experience with AB Testing and Active Directory
• Strong understanding of Automation and AWS Technologies
• Knowledge of Backup Technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Willingness to continuously update skills and knowledge as required by the role
• Proven track record of managing time and resources effectively.
