What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you’ll work under the direction of our Wellness Director to:
- Provide top-notch care that promotes residents’ independence and psychosocial wellness.
- Administer medications and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation in line with state regulations and company policies.
- Monitor residents’ health, including vital signs and weight checks, and report any changes to the Wellness Director or physician.
- Offer comfort and support, building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and discharge planning, ensuring a seamless transition for our residents.
- Collaborate with a compassionate team to deliver exceptional care in a respectful and professional environment.
- Experience: At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics. Experience with dementia care is a plus.
- License & Certification: Current, unencumbered LPN license in [State] and up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Skills: Strong nursing judgment, excellent communication, and a passion for training and customer service.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
