Part Time HR Recruiter

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Part Time HR Recruiter in our manufacturing facility located in Miamisburg, Ohio. This role involves a variety of recruitment tasks to support our hiring needs as well as the needs of our hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various platforms including Applicant Pro and LinkedIn
• Gather and review resumes from potential candidates
• Conduct initial round of interviews
• Schedule subsequent interviews with relevant hiring managers
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Extend job offers and send out offer letters to successful candidates
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires
• Oversee the recruitment for various roles including engineering and design positions.

• Experience with Applicant Track System for managing recruitment processes
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks to ensure company standards and regulations are met
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with potential candidates and hiring managers
• Extensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Proficient in using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool
• Experience in drafting Offer Letters that are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
• Ability to Conduct Interviews with potential candidates, assessing their suitability for the role
• Experience in creating and managing Job Postings across various platforms
• Ability to Review Resumes effectively, identifying key skills and experiences relevant to the job role.
