Summary
The HR Representative provides administrative support to the HR department in the areas of employment with CTH. This role will lead the experience of HR from the front desk, customer service via phone/in-person/email, and timely closure of service requests.Responsibilities
- Performs “service first” always
- customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions in-person, via email (direct or HR inboxes), Zoom, or telephone.
- Enters appropriate employee records into HR or organizational system(s) as needed.
- Assists with compliance tracking measures for anyone in receipt of a badge
- Assists with office supply orders
- Provides reporting support as needed.
- Facilitates file and document audits as needed to sustain compliance of employee files
- Assists all HR team members with various projects and/or events as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Customer service skills
- Availability for consistent and in-person office work during regular business hours
Preferred:
- HR degree or certification
- Experience in human resources, healthcare, or administrative office.
