Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join a dynamic team at a leading food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest quality standards in our food production processes.This role requires a deep understanding of food safety regulations, exceptional analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines, raw materials, and finished products
- Monitor HACCP critical control points
- Ensure all records are organized and kept up to date as per any changes
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, non-conformities, and customer complaints
- Train and mentor junior QA staff and production personnel on quality standards and procedures
- Identify areas for improvement in the production process and quality control systems
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
