The Corporate Accounting Specialist is responsible for general accounting activities such as preparation of various accounting reports and accounts payable and receivable functions.

Responsibilities
  • Comprehension of internal client needs and proactive in identifying solutions
  • Researching reference materials involving bookkeeping,
  • Providing excellent client service for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, bill payment, and other bookkeeping functions
  • Assisting with accounting, expense reporting, and daily updates
  • Utilizing various software programs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong computer and technical skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently on tasks and projects, while also collaborating with peers in a team-oriented environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in accounting/finance
  • Experience working in an accounting department/office setting preferred
