Position Overview
Seeking a Business Analyst/QA Specialist to enhance and maintain external web properties. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement improvements, manage product backlogs, and support Agile processes. Operate within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with global needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead delivery of web-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with regional requirements.
- Partner with stakeholders to document workflows, improve content management processes, and create user stories in Jira.
- Support change management efforts, including training materials and communications.
- Conduct quality assurance testing, log defects, and ensure compliance with functionality and accessibility standards.
- Perform user acceptance testing, address issues during beta testing, and support users during adoption.
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies with Product Owners.
- 10+ years in Business Analysis or QA roles, with 5+ years in Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Proficiency with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and business domains.
- Experience in sports, media, or entertainment sectors is a plus but not required.
