Job Description

As part of a large global BD & Marketing team, this role will have responsibilities including:

• RFPs, pitches & proposals
• Assisting leadership with lateral partner integration and BD training
• Conducting research to curate client targeting projects and identifying new business opportunities
• Support awards & submissions and events for office-based practices
• Liaise with multiple departments (Communications, PR, Attorney Recruiting, Design) to support the needs of the attorneys, practices and firm offices

The Successful Applicant

Qualified candidates would have:

• 5+ years of experience in legal and/or professional services BD and Marketing experience
• Ideally have Tax and/or Litigation practice group experience; Firm is open to practice group experience
• Attention to detail, maticulous organization skills, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to project manage multiple assignments and keep deliverables on time

• Salary up to $165k base + annual bonus
