• Efficient and accurate processing of accounts payable and credit applications.
• Regularly run checks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Coding of invoices as per the established guidelines and standards.
• Regular data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is up-to-date.
• Processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting.
• Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping.
• Operate Acumatica for business management purposes, ensuring all financial data is accurately recorded and managed. • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
• Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in check runs.
• Proficient in coding invoices for various departments or projects.
• Strong data entry skills, with an emphasis on speed and accuracy.
• Experience in invoice processing and ability to handle a large volume of invoices.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel for financial tasks and reporting.
• Experience using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.
• Experience in using Acumatica software is highly desirable.
