Responsibilities
  • Monitor and meticulously document Critical Control Points (CCPs) and conduct product quality checks on food production lines with precision and consistency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety protocols among employees.
  • Vigilantly uphold company safety and sanitary procedures, preventing any violations.
  • Inspect finished goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications, maintaining our reputation for top-notch products.
  • Conduct thorough leak checks on the production line to guarantee product integrity.
  • Perform fat content analysis on a variety of food products to maintain desired standards.
  • Verify label accuracy and adherence to both customer and USDA specifications.
  • Conduct atmosphere checks and monitor temperature control to preserve product freshness and quality.
  • Execute random audits on products to verify quality parameters, including label accuracy, weight range, packaging integrity, tares, and more.
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts.
