Responsibilities- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Scheduling appointments, coordinating conference room usage, and managing the office calendar.
- Handling mail distribution, courier services, and inventory of front desk supplies.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Ensuring the lobby and reception areas remain presentable, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborating with internal staff to support office operations and special projects as needed.
- Experience: Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative support role is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment like copiers and printers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities to handle busy office environments.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certifications are a plus.
