Job Description
The Quality Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or 4 years of experience with PPAP
- Solid expertise in PPAP processes
- Proficient in measuring processes using SPC
- Experience in supporting audits
- Collaborate directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
- Lead corrective actions utilizing Root Cause Analysis techniques

The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Engineer will have the following:
- Bachelor's degree required (technical degree i.e. engineering)
- Experience with handling customer complaints and interfacing with customers on a regular basis
- Experience handling and implementing corrective action/preventative actions
- Experience with running or assisting with PPAPs
- Experience assisting or leading audits (IATF 16949 preferred, but ISO 9001:2015 will suffice)
- Experience working in a smaller environment - may be asked to where a couple different hats
