Our client, a leading organization with multiple locations, including Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of experience in account management within the landscaping industry in a similar role.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts in the landscape sector
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and expectations
- Provide expert landscape solutions that deliver value and satisfaction to our clients
- Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional services
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management
- Experience in the landscape industry is required
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with Aspire Landscape software a plus
- Ability to manage high profile and demanding accounts and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
