The Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation develops and administers base salary, short- and long-term incentive, and equity plans for the organization's executive positions in order to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. Supports and is a strategic partner to key leaders and interprets and ensures regulatory compliance of compensation programs.

Responsibilities:
Executive Compensation Administration- Administer executive compensation programs: Ensure competitive pay by participating in and analyzing salary surveys, researching and evaluating market pay practices, and making recommendations for salary structure, base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
- Proxy analysis and best practices: Conduct proxy analyses of peer groups and other similar-sized publicly held corporations to research best practices.
- Equity grant administration: Administer the company’s equity grant program, including processing exercises, grants, terminations, and assisting with employee questions.
- Record maintenance and updates: Update employee account information and ensure accurate, comprehensive records of all stock plan activities are maintained.
- Research and design: Conduct research on peer and market grant practices and assist with the design of the annual stock grant; perform all necessary form filings.
- Compliance with regulations: Understand and apply tax regulations, labor and Securities and Exchange Commission laws, Sarbanes-Oxley, Swiss Ordinance Rules, financial reporting requirements, and internal governance issues to ensure the design and administration of compensation programs are in compliance.
- Internal consulting: Serve as an internal consultant, advising the business on executive compensation matters, including developing compensation offers for executives and managing communications to executives on their compensation packages.
- Collaboration and project management: Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Tax organizations, as well as outside compensation consultants, in the design of compensation plans, ensuring downstream implications are fully vetted. Administer the process of preparing material for the Board’s Compensation Committee meetings and project manage the annual cycle of executive compensation activities and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Education / Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related major or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in executive compensation, equity administration, and/or finance.
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation programs including equity plan principles, laws, and regulations
- CCP preferred
