Responsibilities:
A Day in the Life:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Input prescription orders into our data entry software accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers regarding order status, billing, and shipping details.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to enhance processes and elevate customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
