[ref. c4538524] Randstad - In-House Transactional Contracts Attorney
The position is full time 35 hours/week (9-5). Work is hybrid with 3 days in office/week in DC (typically Monday-Wednesday). Position requires (1) an active license to practice in DC, MD or VA; (2) 7+ years of experience with a range of contracts; (3) excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities- Provides cradle-to-grave contract support, including all pre-contract activity – NDAs, TAs, PIAs, MOUs, Reps and Certs, monitoring registrations, and preparing solicitation documentation (pre and post award), reviewing proposals for compliance, and formulating negotiating positions.
- Personally manage a portfolio of contracts and agreements and analyzes project requirement(s) and develops solutions to company needs
- Creates/Maintains Contract file folders, prepare solicitation documentation, and review proposals for compliance
- Oversee internal and external contract information systems, adhering to established requirements
- Perform risk analyses, identify risks and opportunities, potential impacts, and mitigation plan
