While they have a diverse project portfolio of commercial and industrial projects, their largest sector at this moment is large scale multifamily projects. - Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Review and interpret construction plans, ensuring alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on construction schedule and budget performance.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders, is maintained.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior staff and subcontractors, promoting a productive and safe work environment.

The Successful Applicant- Extensive experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications accurately.
- Expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment on-site.
