Inside Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Manager to be based in our Alpharetta, Georgia location. In this role, you'll be in charge of a team dedicated to outbound call center sales, focusing on setting appointments and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of outbound call center representatives, providing mentorship and motivation to meet and exceed appointment-setting goals.
  • Tracking key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and appointment-setting success, and providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Developing and implementing training programs for enhancing team performance. This includes onboarding for new hires and ongoing skills development.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound call center operations.
  • Ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies and procedures, conducting regular quality assessments and providing feedback for improvement.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Setting clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and align the call center’s activities with their expectations.
  • Proven experience in Inside Sales is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in Sales Management are required.
  • Previous experience managing a High Volume Call Center is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using various CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • A thorough understanding of the wholesale distribution industry.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and sales data.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
