Customer Service Representative

We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to become an integral part of our team in Cranston, Rhode Island. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry where you will be primarily responsible for handling inbound calls, data entry, and order processing.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently address customer inquiries and concerns over the phone.
• Accurately enter customer data and order details into Salesforce.
• Process customer orders with attention to detail.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service while answering inbound and outbound calls.
• Oversee customer accounts and ensure appropriate action is taken when necessary.
• Handle email correspondence with customers professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize your skills in call center customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Leverage your attention to detail in handling all responsibilities.
• Apply your knowledge in sports optics/hunting, if any, to better understand and serve our customers. • Proven experience in answering inbound calls in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is essential
• Demonstrable skills in providing excellent customer service
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively, responding promptly and in a detail-oriented manner
• Experience in managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures, with the ability to process orders accurately and efficiently
