Part-Time Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 9:00pm
Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Tennis Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, playing a critical role in their experience at our club.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage court reservations and scheduling efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about club services and programs.
- Process payments for memberships, lessons, and other club offerings.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Performs other duties assigned by Director of Tennis
Tennis Shop – Sample tasks include:
- Answer phones in timely manner with a friendly and professional greeting.
- Check in members/guests and update tennis court sheet with outside staff.
- Making sure all members and guests sign their charge/sales receipts.
- Maintains a clean and organized tennis shop.
- Routinely rotates and updates tennis shop fixtures.
- Responsible for maintaining stock levels of key products.
- Responsible for receiving merchandise into inventory.
Other Responsibilities:
- Adheres to the policies and procedures of Premier Club Holdings d/b/a Feather Sound Country Club.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
- Adheres to company attendance standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
- Previous eperience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Passion for tennis or familiarity with the sport is a plus.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency using reservation software programs such as IBS and TPP. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word recommended. G-Suite experience or willingness to learn.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time position (Monday-Friday - 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm).
Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an indoor facility. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to fifty (50) pounds.
