Robert Half (Technology Solutions) is searching for a Desktop Support Analyst with experience in O365, AD, Windows, L2 Ticketing. If this sounds like your background, then this Desktop Support Analyst role is for you. For this opportunity, you will work near the Culver City, CA area.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues remotely for a large user base
  • Collaborating with staff to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 problems
  • Working with Windows OS, video conferencing tools like ZOOM, and Microsoft applications
  • Assisting in setting up new users with computers, imaging, and office 365
  • Documenting and tracking resolutions in the designated tool
  • Managing and monitoring VPN setup
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with users
  • Utilizing skills in database management, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, and Desktop Hardware to support day-to-day operations.
  • Urgent Need: Backlog of Tickets due to Help Desk Technician who just left all of a sudden
  • Windows 10 Environment
  • Office 365 & Active Directory (Account Administration, Permissions, Provisioning)
  • General Help Desk Duties, Ticketing – open tickets are basic (connecting computers to network, install software, setting up users/laptops, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Imaging/Deploying New Machines
  • Setting Up New Users/Computers
