As a Senior Manager of Global Reverse Logistics, you will be instrumental in refining and scaling our return processes, ensuring they are efficient, data-driven, and customer-centric. By integrating advanced systems and collaborating across teams, you will optimize operations to meet the unique demands of reverse logistics while driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you will do:

  • Reverse Logistics Optimization: Enhance return processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into the overall supply chain.
  • Systems Development: Support the design and implementation of logistics systems tailored for reverse operations, addressing unique challenges like product refurbishment, quality checks, and restocking.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop robust metrics and reporting tools to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to ensure logistics tools and systems align with broader company objectives and enhance reverse logistics capabilities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancements, leveraging data and industry best practices to address pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with supply chain, operations, and customer service teams to create a seamless end-to-end reverse logistics experience.
  • Customer Experience Focus: Prioritize the customer experience in every initiative, ensuring returns and exchanges are handled efficiently and contribute to overall satisfaction.

This is a remote US role, with a slight preference for candidates located in the EST time zone.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Reverse Logistics, Operations, Information Systems or equivalent field
  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing logistics processes and systems for better efficiency and scalability
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Familiarity with logistics software, ERP systems, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.

These ranges may be modified in the future.

  • Region 1 $149,000 - $186,000
  • Region 2 $138,000 - $172,000
  • Region 3 $128,000 - $160,000
