- Balance both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication skills. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the Real Estate & Property industry.
- Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Previous experience in a call center, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Skilled in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients.
- Familiarity with order entry processes, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling appointments, prioritizing according to urgency and importance.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for managing and processing information.
- Experience with Yardi software is a desirable trait.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
