HR Recruiter - Robert Half

We are searching for a proficient HR Recruiter to join our team in Maumee, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, conducting background checks, and maintaining communication with applicants. This position is within the financial services industry and offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment processes
• Operate ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication and data transfer
• Use Careerbuilder and other recruitment platforms to attract potential candidates
• Employ the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain and manage applicant data
• Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates to ensure their suitability for the role
• Oversee all benefit functions related to employee recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain a high level of communication with applicants and internal teams
• Utilize the Applicant Track System for efficient handling of recruitment processes
• Ensure timely execution of all tasks using the 'About Time' management system.
• Must possess skills in ADP
• Financial Services
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now is essential
• Should have knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Careerbuilder is a must
• Must be adept in using CRM software
• Familiarity with About Time software is required
• Proficiency in using Applicant Track System is necessary
• Must have experience conducting Background Checks
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions in HR is required
• Excellent Communication skills are essential
