Qualifications:
Your Impact as an Account Manager:- Maintain and update accurate work schedules for all personnel
- Provide timely operational updates, goal tracking, and incident reports to clients
- Conduct annual security assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Oversee payroll processes, resolving discrepancies and maintaining detailed records
- Facilitate real-time communication and updates during incidents
- Enforce company handbook guidelines and site-specific expectations
- Ensure a safe work environment for all personnel
- Manage the client site training program, ensuring compliance with standards and
- Regularly review and recommend updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Complete administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Non-commissioned Level II security license
- Valid Driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
