Are you a Registered Dietitian (RD) ready to impact the life of patients in a Long Term Care and Rehab facility?

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) to join their dynamic team.

Registered Dietitian (RD) Reporting to the Director of Clinical Nutrition the successful candidate will:

+ Assess the nutritional needs of residents by completing the necessary clinical nutritional assessments

+ Providing nutrition counseling and education for residents and family

+ Working with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care is provided to all residents

+ Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process

+ Possess the ability to creatively problem solve and work independently with minimal supervision

+ Efficiently and effectively organize clinical nutrition and patient care responsibilities

+ Rotating holidays and weekend work required

Registered Dietitian (RD) Requirements:

+ Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (with DI Verification Statement)

+ Comfortable with enteral nutrition

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Familiarity with state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations a plus
