Your Role
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work with members as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide transformative care. aptihealth employs psychiatric prescribers to provide the highest-quality care through innovative, evidence-based treatment that is tailored to help patients achieve success.We provide an easy-to-use platform and tools to fully integrate physician and prescriber care. You will use your clinical proficiency, along with the aptihealth platform to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic interviews to assess and diagnose patient's need for medication management
- Provide high-quality brief and long-term psychiatric care to members virtually via telehealth and in-person
- Provide as-needed communication with physicians and care managers
- Work in close collaboration with the care team and provide clinical capability and comprehensive support
- Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP-BC
- Possess an unrestricted license in New York
- 3+ years experience prescribing medication as a PMHNP-BC
- Ability to handle member needs with compassion and care
