Overview:

In addition, the intern will receive training in estate planning, business planning, charitable planning, asset protection, and income tax planning for the high net worth and affluent client.

Responsibilities:

What you will do:

• Assigned to an Advanced Markets and Sales Consultants AVP to work in the assigned region.
• Assist with document review request of client Wills and Trust as well business owners entity formation and valuations.
• Conduct research projects and provide written reports as needed.
• Drafts responses for information related to Annuity & Life Insurance Marketing material.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year college or law school.
• Class Level: 2L (preferred) or 1L (considered).
• Enrollment in law school or intention to pursue a law degree after college is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized and demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven strong analytical and research skills.
• A desire for continuous learning and improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiatives.
• A proven ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when interacting with others.
