- Client Interaction: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case progress, and offering strategic legal advice tailored to their needs.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients in both commercial collection and bankruptcy matters.
- Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with applicable state and federal laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and bankruptcy code.

Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Bar Admission: Must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commercial collection and bankruptcy law preferred.
